Abdel Rahman al-Shaludi (-22 October 2014) was a member of Fatah who was responsible for the murder of a three-month-old baby in a hit-and-run attack in Jerusalem in Israel shortly before being killed by Israeli police while fleeing the scene.

Abdel Rahman al-Shaludi was a nephew of Mohiyedine Sharif, who was a Hamas supporter active online. For two years he was in and out of prisons in Israel for carrying out terrorist attacks, and his mental state deteriorated after he was released from the Russian Compound, a prison in the capital city of Jerusalem. Eventually, he became a member of anti-Israeli terror groups that saw themselves as resistance movements of Palestine. On 22 October 2014, he represented the Silwan branch of Fatah, the leading party of the Palestine Liberation Organization, in a terrorist attack in the Israeli capital of Jerusalem. Al-Shaludi drove a car in a hit-and-run attack that killed a three-month-old baby and wounded eight Israeli adult civilians, and he tried to flee shortly after. However, he was shot dead by Israeli police as he tried to evacuate the scene and was killed. He was praised by Fatah for his sacrifice in fighting the Israeli government, and was honored with a martyr's poster on the Fatah website a day after on 23 October 2014.
