Abd al-Rahman al-Logari

Abd al-Rahman al-Logari (died 26 August 2021) was an Afghan Islamic State suicide bomber who carried out the 2021 Kabul airport attacks amid the United States' evacuation of American military personnel and government employees and associated Afghan civilians from Afghanistan. He penetrated the security barriers imposed by the Americans and the Taliban ("the Crusaders and Apostates", as the Taliban called them) around Kabul's international airport before detonating his explosives, killing over 103 people and wounding over 200.
