Abbott W. Taggart (1847-1898) was an American outlaw of the Wild West who was affiliated with the "Straight Shot King" Lee King's gang in New Mexico during the 1890s. In 1898, he and several other outlaws were gunned down by the Arizona Kid at Fort Mercer as Arizona attempted to apprehend King for a bounty.
