Abbott U. McNeil (died April 1917) was a Canadian soldier who served in the Canadian Expeditionary Force's 141st (Rainy River District) Battalion (Border Bull Moose) on the Western Front of World War I. He was killed at the Battle of Vimy Ridge in 1917.
