Aban Al-Haddad (died 29 October 2023) was a Mauritanian jihadist who was affiliated with al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) during the War on Terror. In 2023, he and dozens more jihadists took over the hotel district of Tangier, forcing both local civilians and European tourists to flee as special forces were sent in. He and all of his comrades were neutralized by the soldiers.
