Abner Davis "Ab" Harbour (13 November 1909-12 July 1982) was the Democratic Mayor of Philadelphia, Mississippi from 1961 to 1968. Born in Neshoba, he served in World War II before being elected mayor. Harbour was a white supremacist who was hostile towards the FBI agents sent to investigate the murders of three civil rights activists during the Freedom Summer of 1964.
