The Automitrailleuse de Reconnaissance Renault Modele 35 (AMR 35) was a light tank manufactured by France from 1936 to 1939, with 167 tanks being produced during World War II. The vast majority of the AMR 35s were destroyed by the German Wehrmacht during the early stages of the Battle of France in the spring of 1940, while a few survived and wound up in German hands.
