The 9th Texas Infantry Regiment was a Texan infantry regiment of the Confederate States Army that was active from 1 December 1861 to 11 May 1865 during the American Civil War. Recruited in northeast Texas, the regiment served in Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, and Alabama.
