The 7th Louisiana Infantry Regiment was an infantry regiment of the Confederate States Army that was active from 1861 to 1865 during the American Civil War. Raised in Orleans, East Baton Rouge, Assumption, and Livingston parishes, the regiment fought in the East from the First Battle of Bull Run to the Appomattox campaign.
