The 7th Kansas Volunteer Cavalry Regiment was a Union Army cavalry regiment which was active from 28 October 1861 to 29 September 1865. It was organized at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and it first fought at the Battle of Iuka in 1862 and continued to serve in the West until it ended the war in Missouri.
