The 69th Panzer Division was an armored division of the German Wehrmacht that was activated on 24 September 1939 during World War II. The 8,100-strong division consisted of the 98th Armored Brigade and the 173rd and 174th Motorized Brigades, and it was commanded by Wolfgang von Ditfurth. The division was deployed to Villingen in Baden-Wurttemberg, near the border with France, during the Phony War.
