
The 5th Missouri Infantry Regiment, CSA was a Missourian infantry regiment of the Confederate States Army that was active from 1 September 1862 to 6 October 1863 during the American Civil War. The regiment was routed at the Second Battle of Corinth and surrendered at the Siege of Vicksburg; its paroled remnants were nearly annihilated at the Battle of Franklin and the rest surrendered at Mobile.
