The 4th New York Infantry Regiment was a New Yorker regiment of the Union Army that was active from 2 May 1861 to 25 May 1863 during the American Civil War. Organized in New York City, the regiment was attached to the Army of the Potomac from the Battle of Antietam to the Battle of Chancellorsville.
