47 (5 September 1964-) is a legendary contract killer and formerly the top agent for the International Contract Agency. He is responsible for the assassinations of many powerful people across the world, while never being apprehended by the authorities due to his distinct discretion and skill. 47 is a cloned human, derived from the DNA of the Five Fathers who submitted DNA to Dr. Otto Wolfgang Ort-Meyer in exchange for replacement organs for their aging bodies.
He is responsible for the destruction of the Five Fathers, the Franchise, the Shadow Client's Militia, the ICA, Providence, and many companies, criminal organizations, and plots, or otherwise severely disrupting their plans.
Biography[]
Origin[]
47 was created on 5 September 1964 in an asylum in Satu Mare, Romania operated by his genetic father, German geneticist Dr. Otto Wolfgang Ort-Meyer. Created from the DNA of the Five Fathers: Red Dragon Triad leader Lee Hong, Ochoa Cartel leader Pablo Belisario Ochoa, Austrian terrorist Frantz Fuchs, Kazakh gunrunner Arkadij Jegorov and Dr. Ort-Meyer, 47 was intended to be a personal assassin for Providence, a cabal that influences the world from the shadows.
The numbers 640509-040147 were tattooed onto the back of 47's head, indicating his date of creation and series number, before a barcode was also tattooed above it, as part of the Universal Product Code.

Early ICA career[]
Training[]
In 1999, 47 was flown to the ICA Facility in Greenland to be trained under Danish training director and ex-agent Erich Soders and his English handler Diana Burnwood. After Burnwood introduced herself, 47 underwent psychological testing, and it was determined that he had exceptionally high sensory perception, strength, intelligence, and durability. He trained multiple times on the Kalvin Ritter scenario, honing his skills before the final test.
47's final test would be the Jasper Knight scenario, a man that Soders killed years before. However, Soders planned to sabotage 47, as he saw him as a threat due to 47's shadowy background and believed he could not be controlled if he were to betray the ICA. In addition to the already large guard retinue, Soders added increased security in an effort to ensure 47's failure.
Right before the test began, Burnwood informed 47 of Soders' sabotage, and instructed Burnwood to replicate Soders' own killing of Knight, but better. 47 knocked out a guard and took his uniform, before infiltrating the airport to knock out a mechanic and steal his uniform. Afterwards, he took a wrench, turning on the MiG's ejector seat. When Knight's actor sat in the fighter jet and went over the safety precautions, he pulled the ejector seat and was launched tens of meters into the air. Unlike Knight, the actor luckily had a working parachute, though it still counted as a kill for 47. Angrily, Soders reluctantly passed 47, and 47 left by helicopter until Burnwood could contact him.

Sapienza[]
In March 2014, the ICA was contracted to assassinate Italian film director and actor Dino Bosco by L'Avventura Pictures, due to Bosco's perfectionism and overspending during the continuing production of The Icon causing the near bankruptcy of L'Avventura. As they couldn't fire Bosco as per their contract, L'Avventura contacted the ICA to put an assassination contract on Bosco while producing the film in Sapienza, Italy. This contract was forwarded to 47 and his handler, Diana Burnwood. The ICA also sent 47 the contract for reclusive British celebrity Bartholomew Argus, who testified against London gangster Thomas Stoakes. Coincidentally, he was spotted in Sapienza visiting Bosco, which allowed 47 to take two targets out in separate contracts at the same time.

In September 2019, 47 was contacted by Burnwood at Incheon International Airport in Seoul, South Korea, giving him his next mission: he was to head to Paris, France with an invitation to the 2020 Sanguine fashion show at the Palais de Walewska. The contract was from MI6, with instructions to assassinate IAGO ringleader Dalia Margolis and Sanguine owner Viktor Novikov due to their sale of MI6's NOC list. Unbeknownst to 47 was that Lucas Grey orchestrated the leak to MI6 in order to cover his trail against his war on Providence.
Additionally, 47 was given several other contracts to assassinate various guests and security staff, killing several birds with one stone. The targets were serial forger Sergei Larin, pop star Jonathan Smythe, art appraiser Howard Moxon, hacker Owen Wagner, pharmaceutical CEO Nila Torvik, identity thief Brendan Conner, celebrity chef Gabriel Santos, model Walter Williams, paparazzo Kieran Hudson, and head of security Scott Sarno.
