The 3rd arrondissement is one of the twenty districts of Paris, France, located on the right bank of the Seine. The ancient Jewish quarter, dating back to the 13th century, was located in the district, and there are still landmark stores selling traditional Jewish foods. Additionally, a Chinese immigrant community from Wenzhou, Zhejiang developed along the Rue au Maire, establishing a small Chinatown. In 2019, the 3rd arrondissement had a population of 34,025 people.
