The 2nd United States Colored Infantry Regiment was a Black infantry regiment of the Union Army that was active from 20 June 1863 to 5 January 1866 during the American Civil War. Organized in Arlington, Virginia, the regiment was stationed in Florida during the war, fighting at the Battle of Fort Myers and the Battle of Natural Bridge.
