The 2nd New Jersey Regiment was a New Jersey infantry regiment of the Continental Army that was active from 1775 to 1783 during the American Revolutionary War. Raised in Gloucester, Hunterdon, Burlington, Salem, and Sussex counties, the regiment fought at the Battle of Valcour Island, the Philadelphia campaign, the Sullivan Expedition, the Battle of Springfield, and the Siege of Yorktown.
