The 2nd Canadian Armored Brigade was an armored brigade of the Canadian Army that was active from 1943 to 1945 during World War II. The brigade landed at Normandy on D-Day and fought at Le Mesnil-Patry during the bloody Battle of Caen, suffering heavy losses. The brigade later advanced across France and Belgium before taking part in operations in the Netherlands and Germany, supporting operations of the First Canadian Army and the British Second Army.
