The 27th South Carolina Infantry Regiment was a South Carolina infantry regiment of the Confederate States Army that was active from 1861 to 1865 during the American Civil War. Formed at Charleston, the regiment fought in the East from the Battle of Cold Harbor to the Siege of Petersburg and later fought in the Carolinas campaign.
