The 25th South Carolina Infantry Regiment was a South Carolina infantry regiment of the Confederate States Army that was active from 1861 to 1865 during the American Civil War. Raised in Charleston and in the middle region of the state, the regiment fought in South Carolina, in the Overland campaign, in the Siege of Petersburg, and in the Carolinas campaign.
