The 21st South Carolina Infantry Regiment was a South Carolina infantry regiment of the Confederate States Army that was active from 1861 to 1865 during the American Civil War. Recruited in the Pee Dee region, the regiment fought in the Overland Campaign, Siege of Petersburg, and the Carolinas campaign.
