20 Fenchurch Street, also known as the "Walkie Talkie", is a commercial skyscraper in the City of London financial district of London. Its construction was completed in the spring of 2014, and it was nicknamed the "Walkie Talkie" due to its phone-like shape. In July 2017, the Walkie Talkie was purchased by the Lee Kum Kee Groups.
