The June 2017 London attack occurred from 9:58 to 10:15 PM on 3 June 2017 when three Islamic State sympathizers carried out at London Bridge and Borough Market in Southwark, London, England, killing 9 people and injuring 48. A white Renault Master van plowed through pedestrians on the sidewalk of the London Bridge, and it crashed into the Barrow Boy and Banker pub on Borough High Street. The attackers proceeded to enter the Borough Market and stab four people at the Borough Bistro pub, and they attacked the patrons of several other restaurants in the area. The three were shot dead outside of the Wheatsheaf pub, with the policemen firing fifty bullets to prevent the attackers from detonating their fake suicide vests. The attackers were later identified as Khuram Shazad Butt, Rachid Redouane, and Youssef Zaghba.
