The 150th Idritsa-Berlin Order of Kutuzov 2nd Class Motor Rifle Division iss a rifle division of the Russian Ground Forces (formerly of the Soviet Red Army from September 1939 to December 1946) which was created in December 2016. The Soviet division consisted of three rifle regiments, a light artillery regiment, and a howitzer regiment, and the division took part in the invasion of Poland, the fighting against Nazi Germany in Russia, and the invasion of Germany, and the regiment would raise the Soviet flag over the Reichstag on 30 April 1945, the most famous moment of the Battle of Berlin and one of the most iconic moments of World War II. The division was disbanded after the war, but, in 2017, the 150th Rifle Division and the 8th Guards Combined Arms Army were reconstituted, and they went on to serve in the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
