The 14th Louisiana Infantry Regiment was an infantry regiment of the Confederate States Army that was active from 1861 to 1865 during the American Civil War. Raised in New Orleans, Jefferson, Jackson, Concordia, Assumption, and St. James parishes, the regiment fought in the East starting with the Battle of Yorktown. It suffered heavy losses at the Battle of Glendale, and most of its soldiers were captured at the Battle of Spotsylvania Court House. Its remnants fought at Cold Harbor, in the Valley campaigns of 1864, and at Petersburg before surrendering at Appomattox Court House.
