
The 13th Virginia Infantry was a Confederate States Army regiment which was active from 1861 to 1865 during the American Civil War. It was raised from the men of Winchester and from Culpeper, Orange, Louisa, and Hampshire Counties in Virginia, and it was attached to the Army of Northern Virginia, first fighting at the First Battle of Bull Run and ending the war with 10 officers and 52 men, having suffered heavy losses at the Battle of Cedar Creek.
