
The 10th Virginia Infantry Regiment was a Virginian infantry regiment of the Confederate States Army that was active from May 1861 to the spring of 1865 during the American Civil War. The regiment was raised in Shenandoah, Rockingham, Page, and Madison counties, and it fought at the First Battle of Bull Run and the Valley Campaign of 1862 before being attached to the Army of Northern Virginia from the Seven Days Battles to the Battle of Cold Harbor, taking part in the Valley Campaigns of 1864, and surrendering at Appomattox on 9 April 1865.
