The 10th Missouri Infantry Regiment, CSA was a Missourian infantry regiment of the Confederate States Army that was active from 1862 to 1865 during the American Civil War. Raised in southeastern Missouri, the regiment served in Arkansas and Louisiana during the war and suffered heavy losses at the Battle of Helena.
