The 10th Louisiana Infantry Regiment was an infantry regiment of the Confederate States Army that was active from 1862 to 1865 during the American Civil War. Raised in Orleans, Bossier, and St. Landry parishes, the regiment donned zouave uniforms and was of one-third Irish descent; it was nicknamed "Lee's Foreign Legion" for its many foreigners. The regiment fought with the Army of Northern Virginia from the Battle of Williamsburg to the Battle of Cold Harbor, fought in the Valley campaigns of 1864, and ended the war at Appomattox Court House.
